How many times can we be thankful for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi? Nancy Pelosi is the gift that keeps on giving. When reporters wanted clarification of what she knew and when about waterboarding terrorists, Pelosi spoke for the better part of an hour and answered multiple ways. Her denial of knowledge turned out to be a denial of knowing what waterboarding is, or was, or… she knew but didn’t object, or knew but objected only to other Democrats or… Whew! She mangled the response so badly that one can only conclude that she knows her answer will upset her lunatic San Francisco base.
